使用說明 : 提前一晚放4度雪櫃解凍,
方法1) 不用打開蓋以 85度 蒸汽加熱蒸20分鐘。
方法2) 打開蓋, 放入微波爐加熱2-3分鐘
Directions : Defrosting by refrigerator (4 C) overnight ,
Method 1) without opeing the cover and steam at 85 degrees for 20 minutes.
Method 2) open the cover and microwave oven heat for 2-3 minutes
